Training
Training in the fire service is never complete. The state maintains a minimum requirement of training hours that each firefighter must meet every year and most firefighters go beyond that minimum by training in advanced areas such as hazardous materials, swift water, technical rescue, wild land firefighting and more. This area features a look at how the personnel train as well as training information for personnel.

Applications can be picked up at station 1. Requirements are to be 18 years old, pass background investigation, drug test and physical.
